Paulette Wiener

Paulette Wiener is an accomplished professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at MedPut since January 2018, where the focus is on providing interest-free financing for out-of-pocket medical bills. Prior to MedPut, Paulette held the position of Customer Success Coordinator at EtQ, managing over 170 client accounts across various industries. At Competitrack, Paulette served as an Account Manager, overseeing a client portfolio exceeding $500,000 and providing strategic support to more than 40 clients. Earlier roles include Account Executive at HealthPass, responsible for over 1,000 broker relationships, and Event Coordinator/Account Manager at Smart Circle International, where event planning and client management were key responsibilities. Paulette holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Hofstra University, earned in 2008.
