María Trinidad Forteza Pacheco

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business and nutrition. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store dedicated to organic products for personal and environmental care. In addition to this role, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practicing as a nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching as a university lecturer in applied mathematics related to nutrition and food history from August 2016 to August 2017.
