Rafael Maganete

Rafael Maganete serves as the Chief Commercial Officer for MedSênior in Brazil since July 2023 and previously held roles including CEO of cuidar.me during a turnaround period and Chief Commercial Officer at Hospital Sírio-Libanês focusing on growth and international business. With extensive experience at Qualicorp in various leadership positions and as Commercial Director at Grupo NotreDame Intermédica, Rafael's career began at Unimed Fesp and TOTVS in technology-related roles. Rafael holds a Master's in Management of Business Development from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and multiple advanced degrees including an International Executive MBA from FGV and an MBA in Marketing from FIA.
