Before joining MedShift, Jamie worked at MedResults Network for more than a decade. They held multiple leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer from February 2016 to April 2022. As President from March 2014 to February 2016, Jamie managed communications, operations, and employee alignment during a two-year acquisition process. They were retained as the Chief Operating Officer post-sale. Additionally, as the Executive Vice President from January 2011 to February 2014, Jamie played a crucial role in the organization's growth by expanding membership and driving revenue growth through marketing programs and strategic partnerships.

Prior to their tenure at MedResults Network, Jamie worked as the Director of Client Relations at Avid Law Center from April 2009 to September 2010. They were responsible for supervising a team of case managers and renegotiating and restructuring loan agreements.

Jamie also has experience in the zoo and retail industries. They served as a Zookeeper at Santa Ana Zoo from February 2008 to February 2009, where they performed animal husbandry duties and facilitated educational camps. As an Animal Care Technician at the California Science Center from February 2007 to February 2008, they were responsible for the live animal collection, division purchasing, and exhibit development.

Early in their career, Jamie worked as a Retail Salesperson, specializing in inventory management, at Witchery David Jones from August 2005 to December 2006. They also worked as a Retail Salesperson at French Connection from March 2004 to July 2005.
