Katrina Ruffin

Katrina Ruffin has extensive experience in business development and sales within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as an Account Executive at MedSide Healthcare since April 2018, Katrina builds on previous leadership roles, including President of Business Development at Hospice Care Services and VP of Business Development at Amity Care Hospice. Throughout these positions, Katrina demonstrated a strong focus on revenue growth, account management, and team development, managing sales teams and employing solution-based selling strategies. Earlier experience includes serving as Regional Director of Business Development at Serenity Management Group, overseeing the development of multiple sales representatives across several offices. Katrina holds a degree from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge, graduated in 1990.
