Lauren Goldstein

Lauren Goldstein has had extensive work experience in the hospitality and operations management field. Lauren is currently the Chief Operating Officer at MedSpa Partners Inc., a role they have held since January 2024. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Operations at MedSpa Partners Inc. from October 2019 to January 2024.

Before joining MedSpa Partners Inc., Lauren worked at Recipe Unlimited Corporation as the Director of Operations for Swiss Chalet from January 2019 to October 2019. Lauren also held the position of Director of New Restaurant Development at Cara Operations from January 2016 to December 2018.

Lauren has experience in new store openings and training management as well. Lauren worked as a Senior Manager for New Store Openings at Recipe Unlimited Corporation from January 2013 to January 2016. Prior to that, they served as the Training Manager for Prime Pubs at Prime Restaurants Inc. from January 2008 to January 2013.

Lauren's career began at Fionn MacCool's, where they worked as a General Manager from January 2006 to January 2008. Lauren also gained research experience at the Ontario Labour Relations Board, where they conducted research for their thesis on the theory and practice of mediation from January 2004 to January 2006.

Lauren Goldstein holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from York University, which they obtained from 1998 to 2002. Lauren then pursued a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution (Mediation) from York University from 2002 to 2003. Later, they completed a Masters Degree in Conflict Resolution, specializing in Organizational Development, from Royal Roads University from 2004 to 2006.
