Michelle Bonn

Michelle Bonn serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Advisory Board Chair at Compliance Team since May 2020. In addition to these roles, Michelle has been a Director on the Board of Directors at LifeSciencesNY since November 2022 and holds the position of President at Guideline Medical Holdings, Inc. since February 2007. From January 2014 to 2018, Michelle provided business mentorship in FDA regulatory and manufacturing guidance at MakerStaker.com, a platform facilitating investments in start-up businesses. Earlier, Michelle served as President of the Buffalo World Trade Association from August 2013 to June 2015, promoting international trade and export sales for Western New York companies. Educational qualifications include a BA in Clinical Psychology from the University at Buffalo, an MBA in Strategic Planning from Medaille University, and a Regulatory Affairs Certificate specializing in Medical Devices from the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society.
