Lauren Duhame

Lauren Duhame has over ten years of experience in the professional field. Lauren began their career in 2010 as a Center Supervisor and Direct Care Staff at Teen Challenge of Arizona, where they provided counseling, guidance, and correction to teen girls struggling with addictions. Lauren also managed various tasks within an office setting including financial account management, business correspondence, organization management, proposals, and public relations. In 2012, they went on an international missions trip spanning 11 countries, working with existent ministries in varying capacities including teaching, philanthropy, orphan care and manual labor. Lauren managed finances with Excel for a team of people with a monthly budget for food, housing, and transportation. In 2013, they interned at G42, where they gained experience in leadership, team building, public speaking, project planning and project initiation. Lauren was mentored by business entrepreneurs from the UK, Netherlands, Ireland, Spain and America. In 2014, they became an Early Childhood Educator at Scottsdale Learning Center, where they were a Lead Teacher in a Pre-K classroom. Lauren developed and taught a specific curriculum to up to 26 students. In 2017, they were a Field Clinical Counselor at Grand Canyon University, where they worked multiple healthcare programs with a high volume of student accounts to secure placement for clinical experiences. Lauren met varying strict deadlines for numerous sites while leading the team for compliancy for three quarters. In 2019, they became an Operations Manager at Ortho Spine Partners (OSP). In 2020, they were appointed as the Director Of Client Experience at MedTechIntel.

Lauren Duhame completed a Bachelor's Degree in Christian Studies from Grand Canyon University in 2016. Prior to that, they were enrolled in Pre-Nursing Studies at the University of Arizona.
