Tierra Foster

Tierra Foster has a diverse work experience in the senior living industry. Tierra started their career at Sunrise Senior Living in 2009 as a Director of Community Relations, where they managed communities and negotiated contracts. Tierra then worked as a Sales Representative at Havertys Furniture from 2011 to 2012. Tierra joined Atrium Village as a Sales Counselor in 2012 before moving on to Oasis Senior Advisors in 2013. At Oasis, they served as a Corporate Representative and later became a Franchise Owner, building relationships with senior housing communities and facilitating referrals. In 2018, Tierra returned to Sunrise Senior Living as a Sales Specialist and was promoted to Director of Sales. Most recently, they worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Florida Senior Consulting before joining MedTrainer as a Business Development Representative in 2023. Throughout their career, Tierra has demonstrated strong sales and relationship-building skills.

Tierra Foster attended Howard Community College from 2001 to 2004. Tierra initially pursued a field of study in General Studies during this time. However, they later obtained an Associates Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same college. In June 2014, Tierra obtained a certification in CSA, although the institution granting the certification is unknown.
