Maddie Distefano

Maddie DiStefano is a Quality Assurance Specialist at MedTrak Inc since July 2019, focusing on identifying programming bugs within CareSense, and conducting various tests to ensure software functionality. Previously, Maddie served as MedTrak’s first in-house Medical Pathways Proofreader, where editing and addressing inconsistencies in medical materials were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes an internship at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia in the Writing Center of the Supervision, Regulation, and Credit department, studying research methodologies. Early work experience includes roles at Little Nicky's Pizza and Victoria's Secret, emphasizing customer service skills. Maddie DiStefano earned a Bachelor's degree in Writing Rhetoric and Technical Communication with minors in Statistics and Geology from James Madison University in 2019.
