Kelly Batlle

Kelly Batlle (Shelden) currently serves as the Head of Technology at Medtronic LABS, where responsibilities include developing tech-enabled solutions for underserved communities. With a strong background in product management, Kelly previously held various roles at Medtronic, including Technical Product Manager for Patient Engagement Solutions and Sr. Product Owner for Connected Care, among others. Prior experience includes a position as Product Lead at McCormick School of Engineering and an R&D Engineer Co-op at Baxter International Inc. Educational qualifications include an MBA with Distinction from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, a Global Healthcare Technologies Program at the University of Cape Town, and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University.
