Allisha Elliott is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience across various industries. As Vice President of Human Resources at Medtronic since November 2022, Allisha Elliott leads HR initiatives for the organization. Previously, as Chief Human Resources Officer at Bose Corporation, Allisha Elliott managed HR activities for 7,000 employees across 27 countries, focusing on culture change and business restructuring. At Sensata Technologies, Allisha Elliott served as Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President of HR & Communications, building the HR function from the ground up and supporting a significant organizational growth. Allisha Elliott also held key roles at Honeywell, including VP of Human Resources & Communications, and led substantial HR transformations and management for global operations. Early career experiences include positions at Amazon as Global Senior Benefits Manager and at PepsiCo as Senior Human Resources Manager. Allisha Elliott holds a Master's degree in Labor and Human Resources from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Arts from Purdue University.
