Damon Brink

Damon Brink is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Medtronic Diabetes since February 2022. With a robust background as Principal at The Noetic Group since August 2012, expertise includes technology development, business strategy, and financial services for high technology and manufacturing companies. Previous roles include VP of Business Development at ACI Materials, where focus was on specialty materials for various industries, and VP of Engineering at Architected Materials, Inc., specializing in innovative additive manufacturing technology. Additional experience includes key positions in engineering and operations at IntriMed Technologies and IntriPlex Technologies, along with a research background at UCSB. Damon Brink holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science from UC Santa Barbara and dual BSE degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science from the University of Michigan.
