Grace Tan

Grace Tan is a Senior Software Engineer at Medtronic Diabetes, where responsibilities include the development, evaluation, and testing of a simulation system for insulin therapy aimed at individuals with Type 1 Diabetes. With a background as a Hybrid Body Lab Graduate Researcher at Cornell University, Grace contributed to a paper accepted by IEEE ICRA and prototyped innovative soft robotic actuators. Previous experience includes an internship at Medtronic Diabetes, focusing on embedded software for Hybrid Closed Loop Insulin therapy, and an internship at Collins Aerospace, where Grace engaged in systems integration testing and documentation. Grace holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University.
