Ingrid Ney

Ingrid Ney is an accomplished IT Director at Medtronic, with a career spanning over two decades in various roles focused on IT strategy, innovation, and architecture. Currently serving as the IT Director for Acute Care and Monitoring, Ingrid oversees digital solutions and IT services aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and business performance. Previous positions include leadership roles in IT Innovation, where strategic IT capabilities were developed, and as Chair of the Women in IT Engage initiative, promoting gender diversity in leadership. Ingrid's extensive experience includes roles at Oracle as a Senior Principal Performance Engineer and at Retek and Computer Sciences Corporation in database administration and consulting.
