Kunal Sethi

Kunal Sethi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic workforce planning, data and analytics, and AI/ML across several prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as the Global Head of Strategic Workforce Planning at PayPal since February 2022, Kunal previously held the position of Managing Director and Global Head of Client Engagement at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Kunal’s tenure at Bank of America Merrill Lynch featured multiple leadership roles, including Senior Vice President for various portfolios in operational excellence and data analytics. Kunal also held positions at Merrill Lynch and Oracle, focusing on HR change management and technology project leadership. Kunal holds an Engineer's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Pune.
