Megha Kosaraju Kumar is a seasoned professional in healthcare strategy and business development, currently serving as Senior Manager of Strategy for Cranial & Spinal Technologies at Medtronic, where efforts focus on growth strategies for a multibillion-dollar business. At Medtronic LABS, Megha has led global partnerships and fundraising initiatives aimed at advancing health equity. With a strong background in emerging markets, Megha has been instrumental in developing programs that address healthcare disparities, particularly in underserved communities. As a founding director and Secretary & Treasurer of Maziwa, Megha is dedicated to creating innovative solutions for working mothers in Kenya. Academic qualifications include an MPH in Epidemiology from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and an MBA in Strategy and Healthcare from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, complemented by a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
