Shirley Chen

Shirley Chen, CPA, currently serves as Tax Director at Medtronic since July 2017. Previously, Shirley held multiple roles at Covidien, advancing from Manager to Senior Manager within the Tax Accounting Group from June 2010 to July 2017. Prior experience includes a position as Tax Senior at Price Waterhouse Coopers from September 2006 to June 2010, and internships at Gray Gray & Gray, LLP, and Bearing Point in 2005. Shirley completed a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Accounting at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, from 2003 to 2007.
