John Busch

John Busch has a diverse work experience in the legal field, spanning over several roles and companies. John is currently serving as an Associate General Counsel at TVG-Medulla, LLC since August 2022. Previously, they worked at Bruning & Associates PC as an Associate Attorney from April 2020 to July 2022. Before that, John was the Managing Partner at J BUSCH LAW GROUP, LLC from May 2017 to March 2020. John also held positions at Health Care Service Corporation, including Sr. Director of Procurement & Support Services from June 2014 to July 2017, Sr. Director of Corporate Contract Management from 2006 to June 2014, and Sr. Director of IT Procurement & Vendor Management from July 2003 to March 2005. Their early career includes roles as an Assistant General Counsel at Health Care Service Corporation from July 1999 to July 2003 and as an Attorney at United Healthcare from February 1992 to March 1994. In these positions, John handled a wide range of legal matters, including litigation, insurance claims, employment law, commercial transactions, contract management, strategic sourcing, and procurement consulting. John has also been involved in mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions, as well as managing outside counsel and implementing records retention policies.

John Busch attended the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, where they obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Law. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
