Todd Hoop

Todd Hoop has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Todd started their career at CompuServe in 1991 where they worked as an Electronic Mall Product Support Engineer, supporting online content for the Electronic Mall shopping product. Todd also worked as a Configuration Management Engineer, supporting the build system for client software, and as a Senior Software Engineer, developing feature changes for the CompuServe Information Manager Windows clients.

In 1998, Todd joined AOL where they held various managerial positions. As a Principal Software Engineer, they supported AOL production clients and developed code using Visual C++. Todd later became a Technical Manager, overseeing the AOL Desktop Team for Windows and Mac, managing development efforts and product releases. Todd was also responsible for the AIM host infrastructure, desktop and mobile clients, and project management.

Todd then moved on to The Dispatch Publishing Co in 2014, where they served as the IT Digital Manager, managing website and mobile applications for WBNS 10tv in Columbus and the website for WTHR 13 in Indianapolis.

In 2018, Todd joined WBNS-TV as a Software Development Manager, where they were responsible for web development and support using Drupal for WBNS 10tv and WTHR in Indianapolis.

In 2020, Todd started their own business, Pixels By Design Inc., where they are the owner.

Currently, Todd is working at MedVet as the Director of Software and Data Engineering. Todd started in January 2021, and their role as a System Architect at MedVet started in September 2020.

Todd Hoop attended Franklin University from 1989 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
