Jessica Hernández

Jessica Hernández has a wealth of experience in the healthcare and social services sectors. Jessica began their career in 2012 as an Associate Researcher and Project Assistant at IEGUS Institut für Europäische Gesundheits- und Sozialwirtschaft GmbH. In 2015, they moved to contec GmbH as a Consultant and Project Manager, where they were responsible for recruiting new talent for the healthcare and social services sectors and developing concepts for migration and integration of international professionals. In 2018, they joined AMBOSS as an Institutional Partnerships Manager, where they were responsible for expanding and strengthening worldwide institutional partnerships, as well as account and project management. In 2020, they moved to Mimi Health GmbH as a Partner and Go-to-market Management Health. Currently, they are the Head of International Partnerships & Candidates at MEDWING | International Recruiting.

Jessica Hernández is currently pursuing a M.A. in Management, Education, Diversity with a focus on Migration at Evangelische Hochschule Berlin, starting in 2021. In 2017, they obtained a Certified Intercultural Trainer certification from IKUD, with a focus on Healthcare. From 2008 to 2013, they completed a Master of Arts in South- and Southeastasian Studies at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. Jessica also obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Area Studies Asia and Africa from the same university between 2008 and 2010.
