Katja Szonn

Katja Szonn has been working in the Human Resources field since 2008. Katja began as a Personal Assistant and Office Manager for IPB Internet Provider in Berlin GmbH in 2008. In 2013, they took on the role of Scientific Working Student for the Harriet Taylor Mill-Institut für Ökonomie und Geschlechterforschung der HWR Berlin. In 2016, they became a Recruiting Intern/ Working Student for Goldfisch Recruiting GmbH. In 2017, they held two HR Manager roles simultaneously, at VGL Verlagsgesellschaft mbH and EITCO. In 2018, they were an HR Specialist for KPMG Deutschland. Currently, they are the Head of HR and HR Manager for MEDWING.

Katja Szonn attended The Berlin School of Economics and Law from 2012 to 2017, studying Business Administration - Personalmanagement und Organisationsgestaltung. In 2022, they completed a Grundlagen von Coaching & Einzelberatung Weiterbildung und Coaching course at artop - Institut an der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
