Noel Balce

Noel Balce is a skilled professional with diverse experience in community health, youth ministry, and various roles in employment and outreach. Currently serving as a Community Health Navigator at MedZed since February 2024, Noel has held key positions such as Coordinator of Youth Ministry at St. Justin School, Employment Specialist, and Housing and Outreach Specialist at the International Rescue Committee, and Purchasing and Materials Specialist at Tascent.
