Scott A. Hale

Scott A. Hale is the Director of Research at Meedan. Scott has extensive experience as a research scientist and academic, having worked at the Alan Turing Institute, the Oxford Internet Institute, and the University of Oxford. Their research interests include multilingualism and user experience, mobilization and collective action, visualization, and network analysis. Scott has also taught courses on statistics (using R), accessing web data (using Python), and information visualization.

Scott A. Hale received their MSc and DPhil/PhD from the Oxford Internet Institute at the University of Oxford. Scott also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Spanish from Eckerd College.
