Asya Grechka

Asya Grechka has a diverse work experience in the field of robotics and artificial intelligence. Asya is currently working as a PhD student in deep learning at LIP6 - Le laboratoire d'Informatique de Sorbonne Université since April 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Computer Vision Engineer at Meero starting from February 2019.

From February 2017 to February 2019, they served as an AI Consultant, Talent, and Community member at Kickmaker, where they specialized in Robotics, UAVs, Medical Devices, Consumer Electronics, and Complex Industrial Products. Additionally, they worked as an AI Research Scientist at Stago from November 2017 to January 2019, where they used machine learning models to predict blood coagulation levels from images and graphs.

In 2017, Asya also gained experience as a Robotics Engineer at SoftBank Robotics Europe, focusing on voice recognition technology for robots. Asya evaluated trigger-word performance and integrated automatic test frameworks in their role.

Asya began their career in the robotics field as a Robotics Intern at Aldebaran Robotics - Softbank Group, where they evaluated Skill Learning Algorithms on the Pepper robot. Asya successfully implemented DMPs and optimization algorithms to enable Pepper to learn complex motor skills.

In 2015, Asya gained internship experience at Idaho State University.

Asya Grechka began their education in 2008 at Europole - CSI Grenoble, where they studied Mathematics until 2011. From 2011 to 2014, they pursued a double bachelor's degree in Math and Computer Science at Pierre and Marie Curie University, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence. Continuing their education at the same university, Asya obtained a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in Robotics, Operations Research, Decision Theory, and Machine Learning from 2014 to 2016.
