Carmen Douglass

Carmen Douglass is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and business development. Currently serving as Managing Director at MeetGreen since December 2021, Carmen previously held the position of Business Development Manager at Indow from January 2017 to December 2021. A former Sales and Operations Manager at Lincare Holdings, Inc. from June 2004 to February 2016, Carmen successfully led a team of 14, significantly enhancing sales performance and achieving top rankings in oxygen sales growth. Additional experience includes serving as a Collection Officer at Columbia Collections Inc., a Sales Associate-Installation Coordinator at Home Depot, and a Store Manager at Pier 1 Imports Inc.
