Rhonda Simpson

Rhonda Simpson, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Rhonda currently holds the position of Vice President Human Resources at Meetings & Events International, starting in September 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Operations at the same company from October 2013 to October 2022. Rhonda also held the position of Billing Manager from January 2010 to October 2013, and Sr. Billing Specialist from January 2002 to January 2010 at Meetings & Events International. Before joining Meetings & Events International, Rhonda worked at Columbus Regional Hospital as a Team Leader from July 1997 to January 2000. Rhonda started their career at F.I.C. Insurance Group as an Asst Supervisor from October 1994 to March 1997.

Rhonda Simpson, SHRM-CP, obtained their Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Ivy Tech Community College. Rhonda completed their education at Ivy Tech Community College from 1992 to 1994. In July 2018, Rhonda Simpson obtained their SHRM-CP certification from SHRM Certification.
