He Even worked as a User Experience Researcher at SONY from May 2018 to August 2018, later on, from August 2019 to July 2020, they joined McKinsey as a Service Design Analyst, and then they were promoted to the position of Digital Innovation Senior Analyst from August 2020 to September 2021. Currently, they are working as a Strategy Consultant at Whale 箷帕 since September 2021.

He Even has a Master of Science degree in Product Service System Design from Politecnico di Milano, a Master of Fine Arts degree in Product Service System Design from Tongji University, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in DevOps Foundation from EXIN in May 2021.
