Avdeep Dhaliwal, CFA, has extensive experience in the finance and investment sectors. Currently serving as a Strategic Planning Analyst at MEG Energy Corp. since May 2015, Avdeep previously held positions as an Oil & Gas Research Associate at Barclays from February 2014 to May 2015 and as an Investment Banking Analyst at BMO Capital Markets from February 2012 to January 2014. Educationally, Avdeep earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Calgary while also completing the CFA program through the CFA Institute from 2012 to 2015. Early professional experience includes a Summer Investment Banking Analyst role at Goldman Sachs in 2011 and a Junior Staff Accountant position at Ernst & Young in 2009.
