Melissa Salazar

Melissa Salazar has extensive experience in organizational development and talent management, currently serving as Jefe de Desarrollo Organizacional and Jefe de Atracción y Retención de Talento at Mega Alimentos S.A. de C.V. since January 2017. Prior experience includes key roles in Carvajal Empaques, where responsibilities involved coordinating wellness plans and monitoring strategic annual plans. Additionally, Melissa has provided psychological services at the Facultad de Psicología UANL, focusing on clinical practices with children, and served as a psychologist at the Centro de Justicia Familiar, assisting crime victims through crisis interventions. Melissa holds a degree in Psychology from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León and a Master's degree in Human Capital Development from Universidad Regiomontana S.C.
