Raul Fernandez

Raul Fernandez currently serves as Gerente superior de proyecto and Gerente superior de producción at Mega Alimentos S.A. de C.V. since July 2022. Prior to this, Raul held various managerial roles at BAT from March 2013 to July 2022, including Filter Manufacture Department Manager, Secondary Manufacture Department Manager, Factory Maintenance Manager, and Primary Manufacture Department Maintenance Manager, focusing on budget administration, productivity, waste management, EHS, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. Raul began their career as a Maintenance Engineer, emphasizing maintenance KPI compliance and training. Earlier experience includes participation in a Lean Challenge at GE Transportation in 2012. Raul holds a degree in Digital Systems and Robotics Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, completed in 2012.
