Ricky Wong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and product development within the toy industry. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at both Mattel Asia Pacific and Mega Brands since April 2007, Ricky Wong focuses on new product development, engineering, and project management across various toy categories, including preschool toys, boy toys, and construction blocks. Prior to this, Ricky Wong held the position of Engineering Manager, overseeing product design and sourcing for RoseArt's Art & Craft, Activity, and Writing Instrument items. Ricky Wong began the career at Toy Biz International as an Engineering Manager from March 1994 to April 2002. Ricky Wong holds a Master's Degree in Automation System and Engineering Management from the City University of Hong Kong, earned between 2000 and 2003.
