Michael Bardier

Michael Bardier is the current Operations Manager at Mega Industries. Michael has over 20 years of experience in various management positions. Michael was previously the Senior Purchasing Agent at Enercon Technologies from January 1999 to January 2006. There, they were responsible for hiring, training and developing employees; conducting employee reviews; planning work assignments; prioritizing tasks to be completed and assigning those tasks to employees; determining the techniques to be used to accomplish the task; and ensuring the satisfactory completion of the assigned work. Michael also conducted the coordination and completion of inventories and managed all facility related issues.

From November 2012 to November 2013, Bardier was the Purchasing/Inventory Manager at Artforms, Inc / Cool As A Moose. Michael sourced and implemented a full company-wide SAP Supply Chain solution. Michael also readdressed consumer goods packaging, increased the profile of products and reduced packaging cost. In addition, they implemented numerous processes, including order management, demand planning, manufacturing planning/execution, materials management, and outside supplier integration. Michael also lead the redevelopment of all products to European standards to equip the company for sales in foreign countries. Bardier provided decision support for scenario planning on numerous product plans, evaluated impact on production, support services, COG and P&L. Furthermore, they developed Best Practices for cross functional departments and integration in supply chain management. Michael was also responsible for reducing inventory lost to 0.009% annually and reducing and maintaining COG to below 26%.
