Dian Ayu Destiani

Dian Ayu Destiani serves as the Treasury Investment & Finance Operations Division Head at Mega Insurance since July 2022, following a tenure as the Treasury and Investment Dept Head. Additionally, Dian is a Member of The Supervisory Board for WateryNation, a Co-Founder of Sultan Barber Studio, and held the position of Head of Training And Development at Lentera Swadaya Dhuafa from December 2021 to December 2022. Experience includes roles as SME Mentor at the Sustainable Finance Lab with Center for Environmental, Social, Governance Studies, Investment Assistant Manager and Finance Supervisor at Sompo Insurance Indonesia, and other positions in various organizations. Currently pursuing an MSc in Sustainable Entrepreneurship at the University of Groningen, Dian holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Universitas MH Thamrin and a diploma in English from Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika.
