Tessa Cryderman

Tessa Cryderman has worked for several different companies since 2013. Tessa began their career as an Annual Fund Office Assistant at Allegheny College in 2013. In 2015, they served as a Leadership Council for Allegheny Students for Advancement and Philanthropy (ASAP) and an Environmental Health Intern for NACCHO. In 2016, they worked as an Environmental Health Intern for the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials. In 2017, they became a Junior Associate for Next Level Partners, LLC. From 2018 to 2019, they held two roles at Special Olympics: Specialist, Health Admin & Project Support and Health Team Administrative Assistant. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Government Affairs Coordinator / Executive Assistant for the Personal Care Products Council. Currently, they are the Production & Retailer Manager for Megababe, a position they have held since 2023.

Tessa Cryderman has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Allegheny College, which they earned between 2013 and 2017. Tessa also completed a semester abroad in Bangalore, India studying International Development, Public Health, and Women's Legal Rights. In 2012, they attended Cornell University and studied Political Science and Government. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as Project Management for Development Professionals Level 1 (PMD PRO) from APMG International in February 2019, and QuickBooks ProAdvisor in December 2017.
