Estevam Hruschka has a diverse range of work experience spanning various roles and institutions. Their most recent position is as the Lab Director and Staff Research Scientist at Megagon Labs, starting in December 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Interim Head of Research at Megagon Labs from June 2021 to December 2022. Estevam also worked as a Staff Research Scientist at Megagon Labs from March 2020 to May 2021.

Estevam received their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from UEL - Universidade Estadual de Londrina, where they studied from 1991 to 1994. Estevam then pursued further studies and obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from Universidade de Brasília, completing their studies from 1995 to 1997.
