Henry Mendoza

Henry (Hank) has a 48-year history in Banking, Finance, Real-Estate Syndication, Venture Capital as well as been a founder and active senior member of management in many entrepreneurial enterprises. He is a founder and Member, Principal and Chief Administrative Officer of Megalytics, Inc. as well as a board member of several other companies. He is also an appointed Commissioner to the Affordable Trust Fund of the Illinois Housing Development Agency. Mr. Mendoza is also active in many civic organizations including Life Board member of the Civic Consulting Alliance (CCA past Co-Chair) and it’s Leadership Council (past Co-Chair); current Board member of Hispanic Housing Development Corp.; as well as having been a past board member of Adler Planetarium, Chicago Capital Fund, Chicagoland Enterprise Center, Chicago United, DePaul University, Mayor’s Fellows Program (Richard M. Daley, Mayor), Northwestern Memorial Hospital and the Weiboldt Foundation.
