Arleen Brooks has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Arleen started their career at Chef Solutions in 1999 as a Process Development Technologist, where they developed and reformulated various refrigerated salad products. From 2002 to 2008, they worked at Simeus Foods International as a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator, ensuring compliance with USDA and FDA regulations and generating labeling and nutritional information for new products. Arleen then joined Double B Foods in 2008 as a Regulatory Compliance specialist, monitoring regulations and ensuring accurate labeling information for new products. In 2016, Arleen became the R&D Project Manager at MegaMex Foods, LLC, overseeing project management in research and development.
Arleen Brooks completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Microbiology from The University of Texas at Arlington, where they attended from 1992 to 1995. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies at Texas Tech University from 1990 to 1992. Arleen also attended Everman High School from 1986 to 1990. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, including Productivity Tips: Finding Your Productive Mindset in October 2020, Time Management: Working from Home in June 2020, The Six Morning Habits of High Performers in May 2020, and Managing Stress in August 2019.
