John Mundell

John Mundell is an experienced food and beverage specialist with a diverse background in management and operations across various venues. Currently serving as the Food and Beverage Specialist for Cass Winery since December 2021, John also holds the position of Assistant Manager at Megan's Organic Market since June 2020. Previous roles include General Manager at Milt Guggia Enterprises/AJ Spurs Steakhouses, Compass Health, and Ventana Grill, as well as expertise as Restaurants Manager and Wine Director at Monterey Peninsula Country Club and Food and Beverage Director at San Luis Obispo Country Club. Additional experience includes management positions at Martin Resorts, Steamers Of Pismo, and ownership of San Francisco Coffee Company. John Mundell pursued education at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1996 to 1998.
