Celia Pheasant

Celia Pheasant is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Company Secretary at Megaport since March 2023 and as General Counsel at Soda since April 2014. Pheasant previously held the role of Company Secretary at Megaport from April 2014 to September 2022 and served as Senior Corporate Counsel at AAPT from January 2003 to March 2014. Additionally, Pheasant worked as Corporate Counsel at Hutchison 3G from May 2001 to December 2002 and was a Senior Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills from January 1995 to April 2001. Pheasant holds a Master's Degree in Law and Management from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, Bachelor's Degrees in Law and Arts from the University of Adelaide, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the University of Technology Sydney, and completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2015.
