Alexis Hailey is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience in the insurance and financial services sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Megastar Advisors since April 2023, Alexis previously held the same title at Integrity Marketing Group LLC from May 2022 to April 2023, where efforts focused on supporting over 420,000 independent agents in protecting health and wealth. Prior experience includes transforming the life insurance industry as both Executive Recruiter and Director of Operations at Family First Life from June 2020 to May 2022, and managing operations at Lucas Estate Planning from December 2016 to June 2020, specializing in senior health insurance and wealth distribution strategies. Education includes a high school diploma from Diberville Senior High School and studies at The University of Southern Mississippi.
