Derek Marshall

Derek Marshall is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the electrical power test and measurement field. Since August 1999, Derek has served as a Senior Applications Engineer at Megger and as a Senior Consulting Engineer at Suedel Technical Services, where a freelance consulting practice has enabled travel to over 60 countries and presentations at various conferences. Prior to these roles, Derek founded T & R Test Equipment Ltd in December 1980, where tenure as Managing Director involved overseeing all company operations. Earlier experience includes positions as Chief Design Engineer and General Manager at Foster Transformers, Test Equipment Division, responsible for high voltage and high current electrical test systems. Derek's educational background includes an HNC and completion of the IEE Part 3 examinations in Electrical Power Engineering at Wimbledon Technical College from 1962 to 1968.
