Martha Hay

Martha Hay is a skilled Process Engineer with a robust background in chemical engineering and materials quality. Currently employed at MEGI Engineering since August 2022, Martha previously held roles at Nike as a Materials Quality Engineer and returned to MEGI Engineering as a Process Engineer. Prior experience includes a position at Intel Corporation as a Process Engineer and a Graduate Research Assistant at Purdue University, where research focused on the synthesis and characterization of nitroxide radical polymers. Martha’s academic credentials include a PhD in Chemical Engineering with a focus on Organic Electronics from Purdue University and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering with a minor in French from Virginia Tech.
