Barak Hoffer

Barak Hoffer is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent companies in the healthcare technology industry. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Mego Afek AC Ltd since January 2019, Barak Hoffer previously held the positions of Board Member and CEO at Vidisco until December 2023. At Carestream Health, Barak Hoffer was responsible for product management and strategy as the Director of Products and Projects for Computed Radiology from January 2014 to March 2017. A former VP of R&D at GE Healthcare, Barak Hoffer led a multinational team in developing advanced ultrasound systems and oversaw various engineering disciplines. Early career roles include management positions at Intel and Elbit Systems. Barak Hoffer holds an MBA focused on Hi-Tech from the Technion and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
