Dr. Martin Graeser

Dr. Martin Graeser has a diverse and extensive work experience. Dr. Martin currently serves as the Head of Research and Development at MEHLER ENGINEERED PRODUCTS. Previously, they worked as the Materials and Mixing Manager at Trelleborg Sealing Solutions from 2018 to 2019. Dr. Martin also worked at alfa DEVELOPMENT GmbH as a Development Corrosion Protection Rubber from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they held the role of Technology Manager Elastomers at EFTEC AG from 2012 to 2014. Dr. Martin also worked as a Technical Marketing Manager Asia at Lanxess in 2011 and as an Elastomer Developer at Freudenberg Group from 2008 to 2011.

Dr. Martin Graeser completed their education in two stages. Dr. Martin first attended Leibniz Universität Hannover from 2010 to 2011, where they obtained a degree in Caoutchouc Technology. Subsequently, from 1998 to 2007, they studied at The Philipp University of Marburg, earning a Doctorate in Polymer/Physical Chemistry.
