Lowri Williams Fcipd

Lowri Williams FCIPD currently serves as the Director of People and Culture at Cardiff Metropolitan University since March 2024 and holds roles as a Charity Trustee and Director at MEI since December 2019, and as a member of the Finance and Special Purposes Committee for Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol since January 2023. Previously, Lowri was the People Director for NHS BSW Integrated Care Board from March 2023 to March 2024, and served as the Chief People Officer/Head of Human Resources and Inclusion at Senedd from February 2014 to March 2023. Other notable positions include mentoring with the Women’s Equality Network (WEN) Wales, serving on the Wales Leadership Board for Business in the Community, and holding various governance roles at Ysgol Gymraeg Melin Gruffydd from May 2018 to September 2022. Lowri's educational background includes a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Warwick, a PG Diploma in Strategic Human Resources from Glamorgan Business School, and a BA (Hons) in Sociology and Linguistics from the University of Glamorgan.
