Valencia Wiggins

Valencia Wiggins, PhD, is an accomplished clinical psychologist and educator with extensive experience in both academic and clinical settings. Currently serving as Associate Professor and Director of Clinical Training at Moody Theological Seminary-Chicago since August 2016, Valencia has also held the position of Clinical Psychologist at Meier Clinics since November 1997. Additionally, Valencia served as Field Chair of Counseling at Moody Theological Seminary from January 2019 to June 2022 and as Staff Psychologist at Wheaton College from August 2000 to August 2016. An interim director of the Wheaton College Counseling Center in 2014, Valencia holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology from Walden University, a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Wheaton College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wheaton College.
