Andersen Lim

Andersen Lim has a diverse work experience. Andersen started their career as an intern at Jurnal in August 2015. Andersen then worked as a part-time assistant at Bina Nusantara University from September 2015 to February 2016. In July 2016, they joined Jurnal #1 Simple Online Accounting Software as a Business Process Analyst & ISO 27001 Project Manager until March 2017. Andersen then moved on to Cermati.com, where they held various positions including Operation Specialist from May 2017 to October 2017, CRM Assistant Manager from October 2017 to November 2018, and finally Operation Strategist from November 2018 to August 2019. Currently, Andersen is working at Mekari as a Project Management Office member since August 2019. Andersen later transitioned to become a CRM Specialist from February 2021 to December 2021, and eventually assumed the role of CRM Specialists Lead (CX) from January 2022 to the present.

Andersen Lim attended BINUS University and Bina Nusantara University from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering. Andersen also obtained additional certifications in Information Security Management System (ISMS) from BSI in 2016 and a certification in Microsoft Word from Bina Nusantara University.
