Rachel Christianty

Rachel Christianty has extensive work experience in various roles across different companies. At Mekari, they currently hold the position of Lead Product Manager, where they are responsible for developing and executing Saas solutions and optimizing business processes. Rachel collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement. Previously at Mekari, Rachel served as the Lead Technical Program Manager for the Financial Services Tribe, where they oversaw quarterly planning and led projects focused on improving organic user engagement.

Prior to their time at Mekari, Rachel worked at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant, leading a project team for the successful delivery of the UOB Infinity banking website. Rachel maintained effective communication with clients and ensured adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Rachel also gained experience at Blibli.com, where they held various roles including Sr. Principal Project Manager, Project Manager, Project Management Officer, and Business Analyst Intern. In these positions, they were involved in project planning, monitoring, coordination, and removing impediments to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Additionally, Rachel served as the SU Manager for OGX GCDP AIESEC BINUS at AIESEC, where they proposed strategic plans, provided education and consultancy for team members, and developed promotion plans to enhance market growth.

Rachel Christianty attended BINUS University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science. Prior to that, they attended 78 Senior High School Jakarta from 2008 to 2011. In terms of additional certifications, Rachel obtained the PSM I certification from Scrum.org in 2017 and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2020.
