Ria Khairunnisa

Ria Khairunnisa has had extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Ria began their career at Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. Hamka as a Psychological Test Administrator and Scorer, where they administered and scored psychological tests for freshmen. Ria then worked as a Coach, collaborating with the Dean to design and implement a coaching program for psychology students.

Ria also gained experience as a Research Assistant for a private psychologist and as an Assistant Psychologist for a collaboration project between UHAMKA and Dinas Sosial Jakarta, where they assisted in psychological assessments of special needs children. Additionally, they worked as a Recruiter Intern at Garena, sourcing candidates and assisting with branding events.

In their roles at Social Connect and Alpas Indonesia (Alpas.id), Ria served as a Content Writer, creating and producing content for various platforms. Ria also contributed to Mekari as a Content Writer, managing social media and producing articles and scripts for Mekari University.

At Mekari, Ria held multiple roles, including Social Media and Operations, where they established social media accounts and managed daily operations, gaining followers and impressions. As a Digital Learning and Development specialist, they produced online courses, handled end-to-end learning activities, and demonstrated strong written communication skills.

Ria Khairunnisa obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. Hamka Jakarta between 2014 and 2018. Prior to that, they attended SMAN 3 Tangerang for their high school education from 2012 to 2014.
